Analysis of disturbances produced by the electric power system of high speed railways fed at industrial frequency
13/1/2014
High speed trains that operate with industrial frequency (network frequency) are a source of disturbances in the power lines and the own railway environment. In this case, the disturbances affect the rest of existing equipment. Although these disturbances cannot be removed, they can be reduced using techniques and schemes of connection between the affected elements (power line, railway electric substation and catenary).
